Evolution or complex constants?
On the verge of humanity
I’m a bit of a weirdo—just ask my husband.
I’m a mom to a wild-hearted daughter, and I share my life with a crew of dogs, cats, and horses. Nature and animals are my greatest teachers. They remind me to be still, to listen, and to lead with presence.
Professionally, I’ve held a lot of titles and collected credentials that helped me get where I am today—but they’re not what define me. What matters more is the experience, grit, and insight I’ve gained along the way.
I work out just enough to keep my sanity. I’m trying to retire from full-time work—not to do less, but to make space for the kind of work that heals, helps, and matters.
